Expensive for what it is. Breakfast was good. But, oh goodness, ever so much noise.
The place overall is great, the people are really nice, the restaurant is delicious and decently priced, the little store too. The place looks clean too. My only complaint would be that the playground and the inside of the cabins need some maintenance. The coffee mug was broken, the bathroom needs a little love, the playground had some broken timbers that seemed like it had been like that for a while.
Our Christmas dinner was ruined, food was horrible, the service even worst, but, the hotel is quite beautiful.

I didn't stay here, but I did talk to the staff and look around their property, and I'm reviewing because this place has camping! I did a lot of looking for campsite before coming to Creel, and I couldn't find any. This is hard as a female traveling alone who wants to camp, and who also doesn't have a vehicle. The campsites are 150 MXN per person. I would have stayed if I had more time and knew about it earlier. The picture shows the side of the property with all the campsites. There are like 5 sites. Keywords in English and Spanish so that you can find this place: tent camping, tienda de campaña, parrilla, mesas de picnic, camping, mochilero, sitios para acampar
Beautiful place with plenty of green areas, however, the cabin was a bit less clean than what I like; including the towels, corners, and those small areas I maybe shouldn’t pay attention to, but I do. Beds were comfy, WiFi was touch and go, still pretty decent. Breakfast was bomb, service was great. I believe we had Rita attending us.
It's a very nice place to stay, warm rooms and nice service, the restaurant has a very special way of cook so it's a nice and cousy experience
